These terms apply to your use of www.gingernomics.com and any products, courses, subscriptions or coaching bought from Gingernomics, operated by Cameron Hayes in Denmark.

Education, not advice

All content, tools, stock picks and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and do not take your personal situation into account. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Make your own decisions and consider consulting a licensed adviser.

Our content

Articles, tools, workbooks, models and reports are protected by copyright. You may use purchased products for your own personal investing. You may not resell, share, republish or distribute them without written permission.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but by downloading or accessing digital content immediately you agree that this right ends once delivery begins. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, Gingernomics is not liable for investment losses or indirect damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
